The couple, who are set to get married within months, have moved into a £249,000 house in a cul-de-sac in Nottinghamshire.
Meanwhile reports claimed that Mr Topham gave £1.3 million to his best friend.
The pair, both 22, are reported to be “delighted” with the pebble-dashed former council house is in the same area as their new home near Nottingham.
But with a housing estate on one side and a busy main road to the other, it has been viewed as an usual purchase.
Mr Topham, a painter and decorator, and his fiancée, a supermarket superviser, recently moved out of their £80,000 two-bedroom semi-detached home, which they bought last year.

Yes, women have breasts! BBC Breakfast presenter Susanna Reid laments life in the public eye

Her ‘spicy’ wardrobe has been the subject of discussion by thousands of viewers on internet forums.
But Susanna Reid has brushed off  criticism that her clothes are inappropriately revealing – saying ‘it’s a fact of life’ people talk about what women presenters wear on television.
The BBC Breakfast presenter also claimed that a lot of consideration goes into her outfit choices.

In an interview with Radio Times, she revealed that she deliberately opts for tops and dresses that do not display too much décolletage, and avoids wearing necklaces that are ‘too distracting’.
Dismissing her critics, Miss Reid, who has worked on the show since 2004, said: ‘People seem to be shocked that women have breasts.

‘There’ll be complaints about the fact that there is literally a shadow showing.
‘People are always going to talk about what women wear on TV. It’s a fact of life.’

'Yowza': One Twitter user wrote of Ms Reid, 'No news is bad news when she's reading it'
Last year, the 41-year-old’s choice of dresses for the BBC One programme drew a chorus of comments on Twitter.
One viewer wrote: ‘I forgot to say how delicious Susanna Reid looking this morning’.
Another said: ‘Susanna Reid was looking spicy.’
A third said: ‘Yowza. No news is bad news when she’s reading it.’

Smart: The BBC Breakfast presenter told the Radio Times that a lot of thought goes into her outfits
In 2010 Miss Reid was accused of showing too much cleavage during an interview with actor Hugh Grant.
For the informal chat, she wore a long-sleeved brown top with a square-neckline that only showed the top of her cleavage.
Viewers complained the outfit was ‘a bit too much’ and that she was flirting ‘like a schoolgirl on a first date’ with Grant.
Miss Reid, who has three sons with her partner, television sports correspondent Dominic Cotton, will become BBC Breakfast’s main anchor when it moves to Salford next month.
Her colleague Sian Williams has opted to stay in London and present a show for Radio 4.

Sian Williams leaves the BBC on a high after being named newscaster of the year at the Tric Awards

BBC Breakfast hosts Sian Williams and Bill Turnbull are developing an "anti-crying" strategy ahead of her final appearance on the show on Thursday.
Williams, who is leaving the early morning show before its move from London to Salford, was named newscaster/reporter of the year at the Tric Awards today.
Speaking backstage at the central London event, she said she probably would not watch BBC Breakfast after she left but added that it would be down to her children,
She said: "At the moment there is a battle on in the house anyway between whether they watch their mum on the programme or whether they watch CBeebies, and to be honest CBeebies always wins."
Williams said she was "hoping to hold it back" on Thursday but admitted it could get emotional.
She said: "Bill told me today he's not going to look at me for the last half-hour of the programme.
"You know what it's like when you can look at each other and laugh and we have the same ability to make each other cry.
"He said to me today, 'what's our anti-crying strategy', because we've got an anti-giggling strategy.
"So we are working on an anti-crying strategy and we have to work it out from now to Thursday morning. We've got that time to work on how not to cry."
Other winners at the awards were The Only Way Is Essex which won satellite/digital programme of the year, Chris Evans who won digital radio personality of the year, and EastEnders which won soap of the year.
There was a posthumous award for Coronation Street stalwart Betty Driver who won TV soap personality.
Driver, who died last year, played Rovers Return barmaid Betty Williams for more than four decades.
The Tric (Television and Radio Industries Club) special award went to veteran star June Whitfield.
