The couple, who are set to get married within months, have moved into a £249,000 house in a cul-de-sac in Nottinghamshire.
Meanwhile reports claimed that Mr Topham gave £1.3 million to his best friend.
The pair, both 22, are reported to be “delighted” with the pebble-dashed former council house is in the same area as their new home near Nottingham.
But with a housing estate on one side and a busy main road to the other, it has been viewed as an usual purchase.
Mr Topham, a painter and decorator, and his fiancée, a supermarket superviser, recently moved out of their £80,000 two-bedroom semi-detached home, which they bought last year.
